Each request must include the following information:
- List of Legal Actions Concerning Locksmiths
- Initiated by: Locksmith Company / Individual Name / Group / Contact Information
- Purpose / Expected Results
- Defendant Is / Information
- Law Firm / Contact Information
- Actions to Date
- Costs incurred to date or anticipated for entire case
- Copies of Documents
- Correspondence associated with Case
- Need by date
The Board will correspond with questions and/or a course of action on the request within 30 days.
Payout Requests From The Fund
All Payout Request forms which have been properly completed will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed to be granted (incomplete forms will be rejected). Final disposition of the request for payout will be determined by majority vote of the ALOA Locksmith Task Force and notification will be submitted to the requestor.

Two signatures are required on checks issued.
ALOA Locksmith Task Force majority vote required to authorize payouts. The locksmith Task Force shall comprise of 11 members. Members shall comprise of a composite board representative of locksmiths across the country. Always on the Locksmith Task Force shall be the elected President of ALOA who shall appoint the other 10 members who shall serve in terms of no longer than four years. The board will use stringent criteria when awarding requests including concepts, chances of success, cost versus results, verified invoices, and a win would favor general common good, strategic effect concerning similar perpetrators, far reaching effects for the entire country.
Payouts will only be to approved lawyers, law firms, legal entities, and information collection and verification endeavors or other related entities.
If there are additional funds left over after the ALOA Locksmith Task Force is dissolved they will be used for the ALOA Scholarship Foundation, Inc.
The ALOA board of directors approves of the ALOA Legal Fund. Incorporated into ALOA bylaws are the above terms.
